On October 4th, 2022, four women established a sisterhood dedicated to causes that impact their communities as well as their personal journeys. These women united to create a sorority focused on empowerment, development, advocacy, and service. They built more than an organization; they built a movement.

The Founders- Leticia Eubanks, Alison Turner, Shentell Steward, and Kenza Hutchines collaboratively established Theta Gamma Tau, which created a safe space for melanated women. With its incorporation on October 10, 2022, the dawn of a remarkable journey began to unfold.
